Aunt Claims Her Nephew, a Combatant in January’s Lone Star College Shooting, Innocent of Wrongdoing
Relatives of one of the combatants at the recent Lone Star College shooting in Houston claim the man is not guilty of any wrongdoing.
According to authorities the shooting occurred January 22when Jody Neal bumped into Trey Foster.
During the initial incident only words were exchanged.
A half hour later the two ran into each other again and another argument ensued that resulted in Foster shooting Neal and two bystanders.
According to Neal’s aunt the 25-year-old was shot six times and is still in the hospital.
She claims that Neal is an aspiring tattoo artist who wants to attend art school and was not looking for trouble.
The shooter, Trey Foster, was arrested last week in Dallas.
