Monday on the Chad Hasty Show, Attorney General candidate Barry Smitherman talked about his campaign.

Smitherman said that what sets him apart from the other candidates is his experience. He said, "I'm the only one that has run two major state agencies: the Railroad Commission that oversees oil and gas and the Utilities Commission that oversees electric and telecom." He has sued the President, in an attempt to stop EPA regulations. He currently has several lawsuits with the federal government. He also claims to have returned "over $100 million dollars in taxpayer money that we did not spend."
