8th Former Reagor-Dykes Employee Pleads Guilty
Brad William Fansler, former Group Administrative Director for Reagor-Dykes, has pleaded guilty for his role in the company's collapse.
According to KAMC News, Fansler became the Group Administrative Director for Reagor-Dykes back in 2014 and began participating in fraud starting in July of 2018.
Fansler pleaded guilty to one count of conspiracy to commit wire fraud, and will be sentenced to no more than 5 years in federal prison if a judge accepts the plea deal. He is also liable for up to $27 million of restitution.
Fansler also admitted to floor plan fraud (a floor plan being a kind of loan for auto dealerships), and helping employees forge paperwork to make it appear that Reagor-Dykes could borrow more money from Ford Motor Credit than it was allowed.
Fansler so far is the 8th RD employee to plead guilty to charges.
