Besides tasting great, cherries have great health benefits according to Duby. In fact, Duby gave listeners seven reasons why they should be eating cherries.
The first reason? Cherries are a great source of potassium which is great for your muscles and body. Cherries also help you sleep as they are a great source of melatonin. Cherries can also work as an anti-inflammatory according to Duby.
