3 Arrested After Leading Texas DPS on Chase

3 people were taken into custody following a chase that happened the morning of Friday, August 14th in Lubbock.

A Texas Department of Public Safety Trooper attempted to make a traffic stop near US 87 and 98th Street when the driver sped away. The trooper was able to stop the vehicle near the intersection of Southeast Drive and 28th Street.

KAMC News reports the vehicle was occupied by 2 men and 2 women. 1 woman surrendered immediately whereas the other 3 occupants fled the scene.

Troopers were able to locate 2 of them but were still attempting to locate the last subject.
