11 Former Reagor-Dykes Employees Have Now Pleaded Guilty

An 11th former Reagor-Dykes employee has pleaded guilty to a federal charge.

KAMC News reports that 44-year-old Whitney Erin Maldonado worked as an office manager at the Reagor-Dykes Mitsubishi store in Lubbock. She pleaded guilty back on December 3rd to one count of conspiracy to commit wire fraud.

She faces up to 5 years in prison and over $27 million in fines and restitution.

Reagor-Dykes filed for bankruptcy back in August of 2018 after they were accused of fraud by Ford Motor Credit.
