Members of the Phi Delta Theta chapter at Texas Tech University are in trouble after making and displaying a sign that condoned rape.

The Texas Tech chapter of Phi Delta Theta has made national headlines, the news first breaking on a site called Total Frat Move.

The original post, which has since been removed, showed two pictures: one of a sign that read "No means yes, yes means anal," and the second a display of something entitled a "vagina sprinkler."

Sean Wagner, Associate Executive Vice President of Phi Delta Theta International Fraternity in Oxford, OH. released this statement regarding the incident:

“We are deeply concerned by the images provided from the event. Phi Delta Theta has zero-tolerance for any behavior that promotes misogyny or promotes a sexually hostile environment. This action directly contradicts the values of Phi Delta Theta and anyone found to be directly involved in the severely misguided decision will be held accountable.”

Who thought this was even remotely OK in the first place?

The Texas Tech Chapter of the Phi Delta Theta Fraternity has a lot to answer for following this news. Fraternity heads have also suspended operation of the chapter.

Pictures of the sign and sprinkler can be seen here and are not safe for work.
