Texas Tech Baseball to Play Kansas Jayhawks in Weekend Series

TexasTech.com

Red Raider baseball is back on the road again, this time playing the Kansas Jayhawks.

Big 12 play has not gone well for Texas Tech yet, with a 1-5 record following a 3-game sweep by Baylor and losing two in a 3-game series against Oklahoma in Lubbock last weekend.

Kansas was also swept by Baylor Bears baseball last weekend in Waco.

Texas Tech leads the all-time series with Kansas 31-16, but only sports a slim 12-9 advantage of games played in Lawrence.

The 3-game series will begin at 6 p.m.  at Hoglund Ballpark in Lawrence, Kansas Friday evening. Saturday’s game is at 2 p.m. and Sunday’s begins at 1 p.m.
