According to Lubbock Police, 31-year-old Audrey Pena reportedly stabbed 27-year-old Gabriel Pena in the left side of his body using a knife.

During the scheme, Mata and his friend, Robert Gregory Bruce, caused UMC to pay nearly $55,000 to the fake company for services that were not provided. Mata used these funds for personal living expenses, educational expenses, and travel and entertainment expenses.
Bruce has been ordered to report to a federal prison in Seagoville, Texas by October 25th. He will also pay more than $737,000 in restitution.
The groups say that with consent from the patient, the HIE will allow Covenant and UMC to share health information electronically for treatment.
Police say that Brenda Sue Caudillo and Pedro Esteban Hernandez had gotten into an argument inside one of the hotel rooms, and Hernandez shot Caudillo multiple times. Audio of the 911 calls are included in the story.

Lubbock Police say that prior to the arrival of officers, 61-year-old Julio Gamboa may have been in the presence of an unknown female who left the scene.
