Man Turns Himself in to Police Following Robbery and Assault of an Off-Duty DPS Trooper
17-year-old Flores has been charged with robbery, after reportedly trying to walk out of the United Supermarket at 4th and Slide with a soda which he did not purchase on June 29th.
