Texas Tech Professor and Vietnam Veteran Ron Milam Named to Committee for New Education Center at Vietnam Veterans Memorial
Members will collaborate with the National Park Service and the museum-design firm Ralph Appelbaum Associates on the creation of the center, which is expected to break ground at some point in 2013.
