Rain has been a factor in many games over the past several weeks, and Steve hopes that the weather will be a little more dry for this week, as things are starting to "shake out" as to what teams standings will be in their respective districts.
"Sometimes weather can be the great equalizer and certainly makes games that you feel like you know the way they're going to go, kind of turn into a toss-up", Orr said.
