Stabbing Victim Possibly Linked to Burning Car

A victim who was stabbed repeatedly in the  3400 block of 31^st Street in Lubbock just before 6 o' clock last night, December 26th, has a possible link to a burning vehicle reported stolen out of Shallowater.

A man answered his door to another man who was the victim of a stabbing. When emergency vehicles arrived on the scene the victim told officers that two suspects had stabbed him then stole his car.

Later that night, around midnight, officers responded to a report of a vehicle that was on fire in the north alley of 3600 31^st Street.

The Ford Fusion is suspected to be the same stolen from the stab victim.
