South Plains College to Offer Ammunition Reloading Course

An area college will offer an ammunition reloading course this weekend.

South Plains College will offer the rifle and pistol ammunition reloading course on Saturday, November 9^th.

The course costs $90, and will begin at 9 a.m. Saturday in room 116 of the Law Enforcement Technology Building on SPC’s Levelland campus.

The course will take eight hours, and there will be breaks each hour and a one-hour break for lunch.

Each student is taught reloading safety; center fire cartridge components; using the reloading manual and reloading data; equipment; and the metallic cartridge reloading process.

Students will also receive the NRA Guide to Reloading handbook, the Basic Reloading Student Exam, a course completion certificate, and more.
