Skywriters Brighten a June Friday in Lubbock

Michael Buckberry, Facebook

Just before 3 o’clock Friday afternoon, reports of some unique skywriting emerged over Tech Terrace in central Lubbock.

The skywriting, by an unidentified pilot, was of a smiley face. KFYO News received numerous calls about the skywriting once it appeared.

If you have any photos of the skywriting, you can post them to our Facebook page or e-mail news@kfyo.com.
