Rep. Shelia Jackson Lee (D-TX) is out defending Attorney General Eric Holder over the "Fast and Furious" scandal and has found a familiar person to blame.

Jackson, in the CSPAN Video above, blames former President George W. Bush for the "Fast and Furious" gun running operation which led to the death of Border Patrol agent Brian Terry.

Terry was killed in late 2010 with weapons from the "Fast and Furious" program where illegal immigrants were able to obtain guns.

KFYO's Cole Shooter reported earlier Wednesday afternoon that Holder was held in contempt by a House oversight committee in a 23-17 vote.

The White House invoked Executive Privilege earlier Wednesday morning to keep Holder from answering questions asked by the House oversight committee chaired by Rep. Darrell Issa (R-CA).
