A man accused of killing a Lubbock teen accepted a plea deal today that will land him with life in prison. 45-year-old Humberto Salinas Junior accepted the plea bargain Thursday morning.

He’s charged with the capital murder of 15 year old Elizabeth Ennen. Her body was found in a field in Lubbock County last year. Salinas murdered Ennen while she was babysitting for him at a motel in Lubbock.

His life sentence is without the chance of parole.
