With the death of North Korea's president, Kim Jong Il, and the apparent rise of his son to the presidency , there are renewed concerns about the stability of North Korea.  The heir apparent is believed to be in his twenties.  On Lubbock’s First News on KFYO, Rep. Randy Neugebauer talked about the change.
