Rep. Charles Perry: Two Bills Still To Be Considered

On Lubbock’s First News on KFYO, state representative Charles Perry talked about two bills still to be considered by the legislature in the special session.
“The judicial efficiency bill, or review bill, where we go through the judicial system and make needed changes to it, that’s up for Monday,” Perry said. “[The] sanctuary cities [bill] has not come out of the senate yet. It’s been voted out, but it’s not actually been delivered to the house yet.”
If it gets put on the house calendar, Perry says sanctuary city bill will be considered on Thursday at the earliest.
