As the Republican primary gets closer we want to find out your thoughts on the election. Congressman Randy Neugebauer does have a challenger in District 19. Former Lubbock County GOP Chairman, Chris Winn is running against the incumbent and trying to rally people around an "us vs. them" mentality. It will be a big test for Chris Winn and his grassroots campaign. Neugebauer has been consistently one of the most conservative members of Congress. Neugebauer has had some controversial votes, but in the past most people have approved of the job he has done.
