President Trump Endorses Senator John Cornyn

Senator John Cornyn is seeking re-election in 2020 and is wasting no time rolling out endorsements. On Thursday he received the endorsement of President Donald Trump on Twitter. The President, who has worked with Cornyn on a wide-range of issues including illegal immigration, wrote that Cornyn has "done an outstanding job for the people of Texas".

Senator John Cornyn has also received endorsements from Senator Ted Cruz and Lt. Governor Dan Patrick.
