News/Talk 790, KFYO and Lubbock County Republican Party to Hold Watch Party for UofH Debate

Come out to the next Republican Presidential Debate Watch Party, Thursday, February 25 at Premiere Cinemas at the South Plains Mall (6002 Slide Road, west side of the mall). The watch party is sponsored by the Lubbock County Republican Party and News/Talk 790, KFYO.  The debate will be televised by CNN and it will be held at the University of Houston.

The watch party at Premiere Cinemas is free to attend, doors open at 7:00pm with CNN's Debate Coverage running from 7:30pm-9:50pm. State Representative John Frullo will buy a free small popcorn for the first 100 people in attendance.

Scheduled to appear at the Debate Watch Party: KFYO's Rob Snyder & Chad Hasty, Lubbock County Republican Party Chairman Carl Tepper, Steve Evans and various local candidates.

Thursday's debate is the final major media event for the Republican presidential candidates before Super Tuesday.

Early Voting for the Texas Primary Elections ends Friday, February 26 with Election Day on March 1.
