Mother and Son Die in Mobile Home Fire Wednesday Morning
A mother and her young son are dead following a mobile home fire.
The fire broke out in the mobile home around 3 a.m. at the Fay Ben Mobile Home Park, located in the 7300 block of County road 6100.
The cause of the fire is still under investigation, but the Lubbock County Sheriff’s Office says that it does not currently look like foul play was involved.
The identities of the woman and her son have not yet been released.
