Michael Quinn Sullivan: Neugebauer Is One of the Better Guys in Congress, Charles Will Beat Delwin

Texas House of Representatives

Michael Quinn Sullivan  is president of Empower Texans  and Texans for Fiscal Responsibility.  On Lubbock’s First News on KFYO, he summarized  his view of the congressional race between incumbent Randy Neugebauer and challenger Chris Winn this way:

“On the scale of good guys and bad guys Mr. Neugebauer has certainly been one of the better guys in the U.S. Congress from Texas.

Regarding the rematch between state rep. Charles Perry and former state rep. Delwin Jones:

“ I think that Charles Perry is going to come out on top, but I don’t think it’s going to be a cakewalk for Mr. Perry.”

Sullivan said Perry has done a fantastic job as a member of the legislature.
