Market Street United Wedding Expo to Take Place Saturday

An annual wedding expo will take place this weekend.

The expo will be held at all United Market Street locations on Saturday, March 3^rd, from 11 a.m. until 5 p.m.

Attendees will have the opportunity to partake in samples and demonstrations from Market Street’s floral, cake, and wedding catering services. Staff will be available to answer questions, discuss ideas, give recommendations, and schedule consultations.

Some of the samples include:

• Raspberry-filled wedding cake with white butter cream icing
• Chocolate-covered strawberries served with champagne
• Wine and champagne tastings
• Artisan breads and baguettes from the Market Street Bakery
• Seafood party platters and appetizers
• Gourmet cheese and tea sandwich trays
• Stuffed mushrooms

One couple at each store will win an $800 wedding package, which includes $200 in floral, bakery, catering, and Dish Gift boutique services.

Lubbock’s Market Street locations are at 50^th Street and Indiana Avenue and 98^th Street and Quaker Avenue.
