Lubbock ISD Schools to Dismiss Early Thursday and Friday
Lubbock ISD students will get to leave school early just prior to their Christmas break.
Thursday, December 20th and Friday, December 21st are testing days for LISD students, and the district will dismiss school early on both days.
Elementary schools will dismiss at noon, and middle and high school students will get out at 12:40 p.m. Motorists that travel in areas near schools should be aware of the early dismissals.
Their break begins at the conclusion of school on December 21st. They will return to their campuses on Tuesday, January 8th.
