Lubbock ISD School Board Member Vernita Woods-Holmes to Hold Town Hall Meeting

A Lubbock ISD Board of Trustees member will hold a town hall meeting next week.

LISD school board member Vernita Woods-Holmes will host a town hall meeting on Monday, August 19th, at 6:30 in the cafeteria of Alderson Elementary School, located at 219 Walnut Avenue.

Holmes is the District 2 representative on the LISD Board of Trustees.

Lubbock ISD Superintendent Berhl Robertson will also participate in the meeting.

Attendees will have the opportunity to visit with both Woods-Holmes and Robertson, and will receive back-to-school information items such as school supply list, calendars, lunch information, and bus routes.
