No Details Yet on Lubbock County Expo Center, But Expect Them Prior to Election

Friday on The Chad Hasty Show, Tim Collins joined Chad in the KFYO studio to talk about the controversial Lubbock County Expo Center, with details still being formulated prior to the November 06, 2018 election.

The ballot will contain a proposal for a two percent increase in the hotel tax to fund the facility.

While talking about the proposed location, design, costs and funding sources for the multi-purpose dirt events center, Collins said,

There are questions out there that need to be answered and those are coming soon, but the planning process is moving along. Frankly it's moving along very nicely.

The last day to register for the November election is Tuesday, November 09, 2018. Early voting begins October 22.
