Gas prices in Lubbock take a small tumble while prices statewide make a slight increase.

According to the weekly KFYO News Gas Price Survey, the average price of regular unleaded fuel in Lubbock fell a nickel to $3.45 per gallon.

Motorists in Lubbock are enjoying the lowest gas prices than anywhere else in the state on average. AAA Texas reports the average price of fuel rose 1 cent from $3.53 per gallon to $3.54. The most expensive gas is found in Dallas $3.60 per gallon while Corpus Christi is enjoying the lowest AAA fuel prices in Texas at $3.47.

Nationally, fuel prices fell two cents to $3.65 per gallon.
