Flaming Truck in Lubbock Filled With Marijuana

An explosion reported in south Lubbock last night turned out to be a truckload of marijuana that went up in flames. The explosion was heard at around 10:00 Monday evening. Firefighters fought the blaze and after the fire was extinguished, investigators found marijuana hidden inside. The vehicle was burned almost beyond recognition. Under further inspection, authorities found the vin numbers scratched off. They are still investigating the incident.
