There are 14 days left in the 84th Texas Legislative Session and there are still many popular bills that haven't made their way to the Governor's desk. That includes a budget. Late last week we learned that a deal could be in place to pass a budget and to move on other bills like border security and open carry, but it's not a done deal just yet.
