District 19 Congressional Debate to be Hosted by Lubbock Republican Party [Audio]

Chad Hasty, KFYO.com

Monday on Lubbock’s First News, Brian Thornton of the Lubbock Republican Party spoke about the District 19 Congressional debate to be held this evening.

Republican candidates Donald May and Chris Winn will speak at the debate. Mitchell Barnett will represent Randy Neugebauer. Many are upset about Congressman Neugebauer’s non-attendance. Thornton said, Neugebauer’s “campaign cited scheduling conflicts, which is understandable. They said he has his schedule planned out months in advance.” The debate will take place at Vintage Township Hall at 7 p.m. this evening, Febuary 17. More information can be found on the Lubbock Republican Party website.
