Over the weekend Lubbock had it's first Color Run, and it was pretty successful. Over 14,000 people participated, including myself, in the 5k. Participants were asked to wear white as they ran, walked, or danced through four different color stations. The colors used were yellow, blue, pink, and red. Red was used instead of the normal color of orange because of Texas Tech.

A portion of the race proceeds will be going to Lubbock Impact and the Texas Tech Health Sciences Center.

Did you participate in Saturday's Color Run?
