Another basketball player has been added to Texas Tech’s roster.

Dejan Kravic has accepted a scholarship to play at Tech. Kravic holds dual citizenship in both Canada and Boznia-Herzegovina, and is a 6 feet 11 inch tall, 230 pound transfer from York University in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.

Kravic discussed Tech, saying “I look forward to working with one of the top coaches around in Coach Gillespie and improving my skill level.”

He averaged 15.6 points, 9.6 rebounds, and 2.3 blocks as a sophomore at York, and earned him second team Ottawa University Athletics East Division All-Star Honors.

Due to NCAA transfer rules, Kravic will sit out the 2011-2012 season, and then have two years of eligibility at Tech.
