City of Lubbock to Hold Immunization Clinics Next Week

The City of Lubbock will hold immunization clinics next week.

The clinics will be held from 9 a.m. until noon on Monday, December 17^th and noon until 3 p.m. Wednesday, December 19^th at the Mahon Library.

Another immunization clinic will be held on Friday, December 21^st at the City of Lubbock Health Department from 8:30 a.m. until noon.

The Mahon Library is located at 1306 9^th Street, and the Health Department is located at 806 18^th Street. The former location of the health department at 19^th Street and Texas Avenue is scheduled for demolition in the near future.

Vaccines will be available for those ages 2 months through adulthood. The costs for children’s vaccines are $10 for one dose or $15 for two or more. Adult vaccine prices vary.

All children must meet Texas Department of State Health Services guidelines to receive the state supplied vaccines.
