President Trump sent a message to world leaders last week after taking action against the Syrian government. But what message did he send to his own supporters and to those within the administration? Is Trump evolving from America First? Or does America First just mean something different than what some supporters thought it meant? You can't put Donald Trump in a box, and I think that means his foreign policy as well.
