Boling Charged with Capital Murder

KAMC 28 reports a man has been convicted of capital murder for a 2011 beating death.

25-year-old Allen Boling was convicted today of beating Russell McKinney to death with a lead pipe in January of last year. Boling will receive an automatic life sentence without parole for the charge. 48-year-old John Gidding was also charged with capital murder in the case.

A twelve person jury of six women and six men made the decision this morning.
