Average Price for Gas in Lubbock Drops a Dime
According to a KFYO survey, the average price for regular self-serve gas in Lubbock this week is $3.38 a gallon, down 10 cents from last week.
According to a AAA Texas survey, the average price in Texas is $3.43 a gallon, down five cents from last week. The cheapest gas among the 11 Texas cities surveyed by AAA is in Fort Worth, $3.37 a gallon. The most expensive is in Amarillo, $3.52 a gallon.

Nationally, the average price is $3.61 a gallon, down five cents from last week.
