Rob Snyder is currently the News & Operations Director for News/Talk 790, KFYO and SportsRadio 1340 The Fan in Lubbock; Brand Manager for Pratt on Texas affiliate News/Talk 1470, KYYW in Abilene and a contributing writer to News/Talk 960, KGKL in San Angelo. Snyder also served as the Network Producer for Texas Tech Football & Red Raider Basketball from 2001-2004 with the All Sports Radio Network. Snyder is a native Texan, graduate of Klein High School in north suburban Houston and attended Texas Tech University before joining KFYO & SportsRadio 1340 The Fan in January 2001. You'll hear him in a variety of places: contributing to SportsRadio 1340 The Fan, anchoring newscasts on KFYO and filling in for Robert Pratt on Pratt on Texas. Lubbock City Council District 3 Runoff Election to be Decided by Mail-in and Provisional Ballots: Jeff Griffith Leads Deanne Clark by Six Votes

The Lubbock City Council District 3 Runoff Election is one of the closet elections in recent memory.  After Election Day voting was counted, Jeff Griffith (772) had a six vote lead over Deanne Clark (766) (Griffith pictured, left & Clark pictured, right).

Vote Center Locations for Lubbock City Council District 3 Runoff

Polls will be open Saturday, June 20 from 7a-7p for the Lubbock City Council District 3 Runoff Election.  Deanne Clark and Jeff Griffith are vying to replace Todd Klein on the council.

The five Vote Center locations open for the runoff are:

Home Depot at 50th Street and Boston Avenue
Parsons Elementary 2811 58th Street
Roscoe Wilson Elementary School 2807 25th Street
Smylie Wilson Middle School 4402 31st Street
Sunset Church of Christ "The Well" 3651 34th Street

Llano Estacado Winery will hold its Wine and Clay Festival this weekend.  The two-day festival will be held Saturday, June 7 and Sunday, June 8.

Local artists, including the Llano Estacado Clay guild, will have works on display at the event. Admission for the Wine and Clay Festival is free.
