Is Joe Biden out of touch with the base of the Democrat party? It sure seems as though that is the case.
Biden has told media outlets that he doesn't support defunding police departments, but the activists of the party sure do seem to embrace the idea. This is why I think Biden will move left on the issue.
The activists are in control and have moved Biden on other issues, why would this one be any different?
