98th Street to Close Between Fulton and Iola Avenues Monday

A portion of a Lubbock thoroughfare will close next week.

Beginning on Monday, November 26^th, 98^th Street will close between Fulton Avenue and Iola Avenue.

Local traffic will still have access to neighborhoods to the south from Frankford Avenue and Fulton Avenue from the east and Juneau and Iola Avenues from the west.

Traffic along 98^th Street will be detoured to either 82^nd or 114^th Street, according to the City of Lubbock.

Motorists are advised to find alternate routes or be prepared for some potential traffic delays.
