President Donald Trump will be live in prime-time on Tuesday night. The President will address a joint session of Congress and is expected to lay out his vision to Congress and to all of those watching and listening. It is not by the way a State of the Union Address. Traditionally, the first address in a President's first term is not labeled a State of the Union. That may be where tradition ends though on Tuesday.
