Early voting continues until Friday across Texas in the Republican and Democrat primary. County Commissioners has typically been one of the races that many haven't focused on, but this year seems to be different. Frank Morrison a former member of the Lubbock City Council and is challenging Bill McCay in Precinct 1. McCay has served on the Commissioners Court for 7 1/2 years but hasn't been embraced by all Republicans. On LFN we have had both candidates on to discuss the issues facing the Commissioners Court.
