Two Robbery Suspects are Currently Wanted by Lubbock Police
Two men are currently wanted by the Lubbock Police Department after robbing a local business. The Officers with the Lubbock Police Department were dispatched at 5:22 a.m. on January 5 to a business in the 5300 block of Englewood Avenue. It was reported that the business was robbed by two males wearing all black clothing and face masks
After receiving photos of video surveillance of the incident from the business the Lubbock Police took to Facebook. In a post the Lubbock Police explain the situation and ask if any residents may know the identity of the two male suspects seen in the photos from the video footage.
In the state of Texas, Robbery is actually a second-degree felony and if both men are captured, charged, and prosecuted could face some serious consequences. On just a charge of Robbery the suspects could face two to 20 years in prison along with fines that could reach up to $10,000. The suspects were also captured fleeing from the scene in a small light colored, white or silver, four-door vehicle with some online comments stating it looks similar to a Nissan Maxima.
Anyone with information as to the identity or whereabouts of both suspects is encourage to call Crime Line at 806-741-1000. Any information that leads to an arrest could be eligible for a reward of up to $5,000, callers can remain anonymous.
