
Texas Anti-Gang Center Arrests Two Hells Angels Members in Lubbock
At around 11:30 a.m. Monday morning, Lubbock Texas Anti-Gang Center Investigators arrested two Hells Angels members on Highway 84 and FM 1585.
It initially began as a traffic stop on six members, who were all wearing Hells Angels vests.
A TAG press release says that Investigators located handguns on two of the members: 51-year-old Michael Hefner and 57-year-old Vince Ball, both of Modesto, California. They were arrested for Unlawful Carrying Weapons and subsequently booked into the Lubbock County Detention Center.
The other four members were released without charges.
