Tibor Nagy, Jr. Talks Nuclear Deal Framework [Interview]

Ambassador Tibor Nagy, Jr. joined Lubbock's First News to discuss the pending nuclear deal between the US and Iran.

"We have a framework, not a deal, just a framework," said Nagy. "Since this is just a framework agreement, with the details to be worked out later, there can be different interpretations of even the framework."
