Three people from Lubbock were indicted on Tuesday, May 5th for murder charges that happened back in March and April.

KAMC News reports that Lubbock Police responded to a domestic disturbance in the 3300 block of East 16th Street back on March 8th, where 49-year-old Leticia Smith was arrested for the murder of 79-year-old Wanda Porter. Porter was found unresponsive at the scene and later pronounced dead.

20-year-old Rickey Darnell Clardy Jr. and 18-year-old Malachi Lamar Gibson were arrested on April 4th after Lubbock Police responded to a disturbance in the 2100 block of 49th Street.

Four victims were said to be inside a residence with gunshot wounds. Two of the victims, Michael Bean and Mia Altamirano, were later pronounced dead.

Clardy remains in the Lubbock County Detention Center on bonds totaling $600,000, Gibson's bond totals $500,000.
