The Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS) has revealed its featured fugitive for the month of October: a wanted sex offender out of Houston. DPS is offering a $4,000 reward for any information that could lead to his arrest.

52-year-old Dante Dewayne Odom has been wanted out of Harris County since June of 2025 after he failed to comply with his sex offender registration requirements.

Odom's criminal history dates back to as early as 1992 when he was convicted of burglary with the intent to violate/abuse a 30-year-old woman sexually. He received a 12-year sentence as a result.

Odom has also been convicted multiple times for failure to comply with sex offender registration and even assault towards a family member. His last stint in prison ended in 2022.

Dante Odom stands at six feet tall and weighs roughly 160 pounds. He has scars on his head, face, and back, with tattoos visible on his chest as well. Odom was last spotted in Houston.

If you wish to provide information that could lead to Dante Odom's arrest for the $4,000 reward, you must submit a tip through one of three methods:
