Texas Anti-Gang Center Arrests Man on Top 10 Most Wanted Gang Fugitives List

The Texas Anti-Gang Center arrested a man on the top of their Top 10 Most Wanted Gang Fugitives list.

On Tuesday (Jan. 8) around 5 p.m., investigators arrested 37-year-old Randy Davon Williams, who was wanted for a parole violation stemming from a drug charge. Williams was arrested without incident in the 3400 block of Avenue A.

Williams is currently booked in the Lubbock County Jail.
