"There's an answer out there, we've just got to find it," Lubbock Councilwoman Karen Gibson told Tom and Laura Tuesday (March 10) on finding a solution to the stormwater rates that have some Lubbock citizens frustrated.

Gibson held one of two meetings last night a Lakeridge United Methodist Church to answer people's questions and discuss their concerns. One specific concern raised about the stormwater rates has been for the churches, especially those with smaller congregations.

Gibson's second meeting will be held tonight at Lakeridge United Methodist Church in the fellowship hall beginning at 6:30 p.m. and is open to the public.
